18-20 February, Bathinda. Its more than two years devotees of Bathinda were demanding for Surya Kriya Camp but somehow it could not be arranged until now as whenever the organizers were willing ashram could not give them time and when ashram gave them dates either ground could not be availed or the weather was not favourable. Anyways, this year Krishna Bansal of Bucho Mandi was very determined to conduct the camp so he booked the dates in advance. But as the time was nearing he became a little anxious as it was raining heavily and there were no signs of Sun coming up in near future. Moreover, everyone he approached asked  just one question- How could he arrange a Sun Yoga camp when there is no possibility of Sun appearing in the sky. Bansal Ji called up at ashram where he was given assurance to trust in kindness of the Lord and focus on his duty as he was doing the work of Lord. Charged with assurance and full of enthusiasm he started telling everyone to get ready. He worked hard to arrange everything and convince everyone. And Lo, the very first day Sun was shining bright in the sky. The camp was a huge success and everyone was blessed in some or the other way. The warm rays of Sun not only healed the diseased but showed the inner path to all who participated. Many police officers and dignitaries including city councillor attended the camp. Art of Living Chapter and Patajnali Yog Samiti of the town not only participated in the camp but also helped in successful organization of the event. On the final day as soon the meditation was completed Sun disappeared and after winding up everything when the organizers started to leave the ground, it started to rain like anything. As if Lord Sun had kept Indra (the deity of rain) on hold thus far. And still they say Sun is just another star in the sky…
