This interpretation of Sri Japji Sahib has been given the name of “Sadhna Bhash”. The literal meaning of Sadhna Bhash is the interpretation by which the secret Sadhna Sutras mentioned in the verses of Sri Japji Sahib are explained in such a way that a Gursikh Sadhak can absorb these Sutras into his mind, soul and senses; and thus able to digest and become one with them and realize the Supreme Being.
Everything written in this Sadhna Bhash has been taken under the guise of Gurbani to prove it.

ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੰਮੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ‘ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਜਪੁਜੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ’ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਵਿਆਖਿਆ ‘ਸਾਧਨਾ ਭਾਸ਼’ ਇੱਕ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ, ਗੁਰਸਿੱਖ ਸਾਧਕਾਂ, ਬੁੱਧੀਜੀਵੀਆਂ, ਵਿਚਾਰਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥਾਂ ’ਚ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਲਗਭਗ ਉਨੀ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਅਖਬਾਰ ‘ਜਗਬਾਣੀ’ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਲੜੀਵਾਰ ਇਹ ਵਿਆਖਿਆ ਛਪਦੀ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਜਗਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਪਾਠਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਪਸੰਦ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਜਪੁਜੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਵਿਆਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ‘ਸਾਧਨਾ ਭਾਸ਼’ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸਾਧਨਾ ਭਾਸ਼ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਬਦੀ ਅਰਥ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਵਿਆਖਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਜਪੁਜੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਪਉੜੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸੇ ਗਏ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੁਪਤ-ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਸਾਧਨਾ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਆਖਿਆਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਗੁਰਸਿੱਖ ਸਾਧਕ, ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ, ਪ੍ਰਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਇੰਦਰੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਤਾਰ ਸਕੇ, ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਜ਼ਮ ਕਰ ਸਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕਮਿੱਕ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਪਰਮ ਪੁਰਖ ਦਾ ਸਾਖਿਆਤਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਸਕੇ।
ਇਸ ਸਾਧਨਾ ਭਾਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉਸਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਹੀ ਓਟ ਲਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਜਪੁਜੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ‘ਸਾਧਨਾ ਭਾਸ਼’ ਲਿਖਣ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਜਨ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇਹ ਹੀ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਪੜ੍ਹਕੇ ਸਰਲ ਤੇ ਸੱਚੇ ਸਾਧਕ ਸਿੱਖ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਦੇ ਸੁਖਮਨਾ ਪਥ ਦੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਈ ’ਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਨ ਦੀ ਸੇਧ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਸਕਣ। ਇਸਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਹੋਰ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਜਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
