Programs

The sole purpose of this Mission is to help the evolution of universal consciousness. Hence the main emphasis of Maharaj Ji is on practice which can be tested and verified at not only intellectual level but at the pranic and physical level also. With this perspective various Sadhna/KriyaYog camps are conducted at ashram at regular basis every year. Though disciples of Maharaj Swami Buddh Puri Ji also entertain requests of conducting camps at other places as and when time allows. Yet these external camps are limited to mainly Surya Kriya & Sanjivani Kriya or Agni Kriya at times. But at Malke Ashram lot of practices are shared with people as per their level or understanding of sadhna and even personal guidance is provided by Maharaj Ji himself. Moreover, the very atmosphere of the ashram makes it easy for the participants to dive deep within and fly high in the spiritual sky. The regular camps are open to all while advance camps are restricted to initiates based on their advancement on the path. Recently a Body-Mind Shaping camp is also started which not only requires registration but some security amount also as a commitment.

These camps follow very strict schedule directly under Maharaj Ji’s keen supervision. The day starts as early as 5:00 in the morning and ends by 8:00 in the night. In between Surya Kriya, Sanjivani, Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Agni Kriya, Interactive Discussions and lot many more things take place. But the schedule provides enough room every now and then to recharge and refresh to make sure that participants don’t miss anything. The important and the best part is the maintenance of silence most of the time and light Satvic Diet. Swami Ji says that silence and bare minimum diet are the best and a must tools for advancement on spiritual path.

There are two main camps conducted (in Hindi language) annually for general aspirants :-

These camps are conducted for 3 days in general and are mainly focused on intensifying the Guru-Mantra through advance techniques under the direct guidance of Shri Maharaj Ji. Certain special techniques of Kundalini Awakening are also taught in these camps. But the participation in these camps requires not only registration but also approval from Swami Ji or Sadhvi Ji as there is a strict limit on number of participants. The medical condition and spiritual progress are the main criterion for the selection as it involves long sitting, total silence and very little liquid diet.

Additionally, there are 20 days, 40 days long solitary retreats also but they are meant only for the committed practitioners who have devoted their whole life for the Mahayog.

Baal Sanskar Shivir (Children Camp) is conducted during 25 to 31 December every year for the young children between the age of 8-14 years where they are trained in life skills with a spiritual touch. In other days Ashram is very silent as Maharaj Ji remain locked in for the whole month and the other few residents there remain busy with their practices most of the time. The little free time they have is devoted to various sewa (services) in the ashram. On the last Sunday of every month Maharaj Ji comes out of his cottage and then a satsang is organized. Many people from various places gather there with their queries and aspirations to which Maharaj Ji provides an answer.

A special gathering takes place in the ashram on the occasion of Guru Purnima. This is a festive time in ashram when devotees from all corners of world gather here for 2-3 days and pay their regards to their beloved Guru and seek his blessings as well as personal guidance for their spiritual advancements. On this day function starts as early as 6 O’clock in the morning with Guru-Puja followed by satsang (devotional songs and discourses) and langar prasad in afternoon.

Holi with Flowers is added to annual activities of the ashram in 2009. Its more than a decade, devotees of Chandgarh had built an ashram there in Maloya near sector 39. The sole objective was to provide a platform to local aspirants where they could gather and share their practice or experiences. Earlier Maharaj Ji used to visit there many times every year but since 2005 it was almost stopped as he started devoting most of his time in solitude to research more and more of inner domain for us. Due to his absence even the localites gradually lost the interest in visiting this ashram and preferred paying visit to Malke Ashram instead. Seeing this beautiful place being wasted the trustees there requested Maharaj Ji for some time and finally the day of Holi was granted to them. On the eve of Holi, Agni Kriya is performed making a huge fire in which devotees participate in great number. Next morning the satsang starts with devotional songs followed by the discourses from Sadhvi Ji, Swami Ji and Maharaj Ji. Another round of divine music starts afterwards with Maharaj Ji in which he not only spreads the waves of love and devotion but also showers the beautiful flowers on the devotee. The whole atmosphere becomes charged with love and emotions, people singing and dancing under this colorful and fragrant shower. The limit of words can never explain the divine experience of this occasion, it can only be felt and enjoyed.

Bhagat Jagat Singh Ji was the one responsible for this new establishment in Malke village. He was an ardent devotee of Prabhu Kambli Wale. While living a household life, he performed all the saintly acts. He had a set a good example of devotion through his own life which inspired many people from nearby villages towards this path of ultimate truth. When his time was about to end, he requested Shri Maharaj Ji to keep on watering the seeds he had sown in the hearts of young aspirants of Malke and nearby villages. Even the devotees insisted him so much that he had to agree to come down to Malke from the Himalayas where he used to stay most of the time. Every year 30th day of March, devotees from all the nearby villages gather at Ashram to pay tribute to this saintly person. A grand satsang is organized at this occassion followed by langar.

Vaisakhi Celebration It has two purpose to serve at Harisar Ashram in Kila Raipur. One reason is that Vaisakhi is the biggest festival in Punjab and a symbol of new yield (crop) besides this day is attached to the incarnation of Swami Dev Puri Ji Maharaj “Kali Kambli Wale” as well. People from near and far gather at Harisar Ashram on this day and revive the messages and teachings of Kali Kambli Wale for greater inspiration on the path. In presence of Maharaj Ji, many saints from different places also pay their tribute to this divine personality. Devotinal songs, Discourses, Dialogues and finally langar are offered in his memory.

Body & Mind Shaping Camp It is new concept started only in 2011due to the great demand from a lot of people for the same purpose, shaping of body and the mind. This is a sort of crash course where the complete overhaul is done for the body and the mind in a short span of nine days. This is an extensive course which focuses on increasing the fire element in the body not only for purification and cleansing but also for strength and vigor. The results from the first camp had been just amazing hence a decision was taken to make it a regular activity. In nine days people lost upto 8 kgs. of weight and upto 5 inches of flesh on their waistline. They did not need to take any medicine while they were at ashram and even during the followup period of 40 days in which they had to do specific practice for 45 minutes daily and follow proper timing for food and rest. More than 85% of the people improved further upon the results they gained in this camp at their home as well. The schedule for this camp is a little regress and the diet is very little yet it is made sure that one doesn’t feel weak or fall sick. Daily medical checkups and 6 small diet in addition to various practices and personal guidance assure this.

Kila Raipur Ashram Apart from these regular events at Malke Ashram, Maharaj Ji rarely visits other places. And even if he does so then only for some special reason and not to conduct any public program as such. It is during these visits he finds time to meet saints and sages of true practice. Even His visit to the cloister, Harisar Ashram at Kila Raipur are very few and far between except on annual ceremony of Maharaj Ji’s Grand Guru “Prabhu Kambli Wale” (on Ekadashi which falls about 3 days after Krishna Janmashtami) and Maharaj Ji’s Guru Swami Dayal Puri Ji (on saptami which falls about 2 Days after Basant Panchami), spiritual congregations or other occasions of particular importance.

Sometimes he just abandons everything and finds solitude in remote hills of Himalaya. And once in a while few true seekers and enthusiastic practitioner are allowed to accompany him and take full advantage of his divine presence and the divine serenity around. It is experienced that those are places of such high spiritual potential that even a novice could take a leap on the spiritual path.
